The double room with four posted bed and great views. Superb and wonderful breakfast with a huge variety of food options. Stunning location just next door to restaurants, the sea and nearby Crail.

I spent 2 nights and would stay here again without hesitation. Exceptional beautiful room, a TV set, a hair dryer, and tea and coffee were appreciated. The location of the hotel was marvellous, to the council.

It's nestled in a charming old building with quiet location to the council.

Its location was quiet, adjacent to Anstruther, the sea and nearby Crail. Besides, Crail Church was 3 km away from the property.

We booked twin room that was complete with great views, four posted bed, for example as advertised. It was in a marvellous and beautiful location just next door to the garden, those cool harbor and St Andrews. Also, Crail Harbour Fishing Pier was 2 km away from the hotel👍❤

Everything was fine for our purposes, a wedding ceremony. Our room was big and immaculate with a view over river. An electric kettle, refrigerators, and kitchenware were very handy.

It is a beautifully appointed and gorgeous place. This hotel offers comfortable and luxury rooms with great views.

Great value for money, with a beautiful, well-furnished room in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The host was extremely helpful and hospitable, offering refreshments on arrival and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and options for guests.

The location was marvellous and peaceful, specially it was near a bus stop which was useful.

I would have extended the stay, the hotel met requests. It's a charming and lovely place to stay! The location is peaceful and excellent, to the council. It's close to those cool harbor nearby, and nearby Crail.

The room was beautifully furnished and clean. The breakfast was exceptional and the surrounding view was an absolute delight. Lesley, the host, was super informative and took great care to make us feel comfortable.

The location was a bit difficult to access without a car and the road leading to the hotel was in poor condition. It would have been nice to have a shower instead of just a shower head for washing hair.

Beautiful farmhouse, superbly furnished. Exceptional ensuite room. Tranquil setting, lovely communal sitting room and garden. Handy kitchenette available. Excellent breakfast with good choice. Host could not be more helpful.
